Delete Your Account

You can permanently close your Payriz account at any time, either from within the app or by contacting us.

Delete from the app

If you have access to the Payriz app, you can close your account yourself:

  1. Open the Payriz app and go to your Profile
  2. Tap “Close Account”
  3. Review what will happen, then confirm to permanently delete your account

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete by email

If you can't access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us from the address associated with your account. We'll verify your request and permanently delete your account.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted:

  • Your profile information is permanently removed or anonymized
  • You will be signed out of the app and unable to log back in with that account
  • Any optional feedback you provide is retained separately to help us improve Payriz
